In line with the claim to quality leadership, quality management at Witzenmann is firmly anchored in all processes and structures, and thus ensures uniformly high global quality standards in the Witzenmann Group. This is one of the main factors for the further expansion of the leading position in the industry.
The strategy of quality management at Witzenmann is based first and foremost on prevention, i.e. on the avoidance of faults. This is achieved through team-oriented project management in the product and process development phase, through the continuous implementation of improvement suggestions from the employees at all levels and through the integration and further development of the suppliers.
The certification of the quality management system according to the standards ISO 9001 and TS 16949 for automotive products for the basis for process-oriented quality control oriented to the customers’ demands for the whole Witzenmann Group.
