Time savings during mounting
Fitters can save up to a quarter of the work costs for the installation of sprinkler systems in comparison with the mounting technology used until now. Flexible metal hoses of Witzenmann sprinkler mounting systems make this possible. In contrast with conventional rigid tubing, these systems make the exact installation position of the sprinklers freely selectable. Once installed, the sprinkler hose is maintenance-free, absolutely seal-tight, and durable. Folding sprinkler clamps permit time-saving, easy installation.

Area of applications
Systems for all ceiling systems like T-girder lay-in ceilings with mineral fibre plates or sheet metal tiles, plasterboard ceilings, sheet metal panel and clean room filter ceiling systems, fire grid ceiling constructions, aluminium expanded metal ceilings, clamping profile ceiling systems, and department store frame systems can be installed in both suspended and concealed manners. The sprinkler hose is available in straight and 90° bend variants with various sleeves and without a rotating thread connection.

For all ceiling systems and mounting rails
Witzenmann also offers special sprinkler mounting systems for the installation of plasterboard ceiling systems and for installation into wood and metal substructures.
All commercial mounting rails can used with these systems. Every system can be moved in all directions and be adapted to the structural requirements without a problem.

Easy installation
Folding sprinkler clamps that fit all sprinkler mounting systems permit the time-saving, easy installation of sprinkler heads. The clamps can just be folded open and closed. They are ideal and save a lot of time, especially in case of installation into inaccessible points.
All mounting types have a scale for installation of the sprinkler to the precise millimetre.

Certified quality products
All sprinkler mounting systems are VDS-approved and available with a number of different fittings according to customer request. They withstand operating temperatures up to 300°C and are designed for a nominal pressure of 16 bar. Certified production and quality monitoring according to DIN ISO 9001/EN 29001 and high-quality materials like stainless steel that is resistant to pressure, temperature, and corrosion guarantee optimum functional safety.
Even in the case of passenger shipping, the well-known shipping classification associations have granted approvals. The installed HYDRA compensators thus especially provide stationary, safety-related water-based extinguishing systems. The special solutions also include fastening materials for suspended sheet metal panel ceilings. In a special design, sprinkler hoses are also suited for use in high-pressure spray mist extinguishing plants up to an operating pressure of 140 bar.

Scope of supply
All types are provided as a complete set with a flexible sprinkler hose, a sliding sprinkler clamp, two mounting clamps (multi-clips) for the respective type and one with a 700 mm square tube as a basis. 1400 mm square tubes are available upon request.
The systems are delivered directly to the construction site within 48 hours.
